Sarah Champion (DJ)

Sarah Champion is a British television presenter and disc jockey, currently a presenter on Absolute Radio.

She graduated from Goldsmith's College, University of London with a BA (Hons) in Communications where she specialised in journalism. Sarah was encouraged to become involved in broadcasting as a result of her interest in grunge music, and before her time at Virgin, was both a print journalist and a presenter on local radio. Her first television presenting role was on 'Pub Ammo' with Christian O'Connell for Channel 5.

She could be heard presenting Virgin's Sunday night late show from 10pm to 1am, after the departure of guest DJ Abbie Kelly. However, Iain Lee took over this show when he joined the network in January 2008. Sarah then presented a show on Saturday nights 10pm-2am. After Virgin was re-launched as Absolute Radio on 29 September, 2008, her show moved to early Saturday mornings.

Other television credits include the VH1's official album and download charts, as well as 'Radio Gaga' Magazine's daily live magazine show.

She has also been voted one of the sexiest women in radio by the men's magazine FHM.
